We offer 30 days from delivery to return unworn items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. No deodorant marks, perfume or smoke.
Drop 001 — 100 pieces marked as FINAL SALE, sample sale or gifted items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Protection Act.
If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@crescitaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. We will arrange a free collection and replacement or full refund. You have rights under the CPA for 6 months for manufacturing defects.

2. We reply with return address / PUDO slip within 24h
3. Customer pays return courier unless faulty. First exchange is free, thereafter R120.
4. Refunds processed 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds go to original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges subject to availability.
